This innovative social media community located at www.telustalksbusiness.com was designed so that businesses could come together, exchange ideas and gather expert advice. The social strategy was part of an integrated approach to market and was directly linked to sales and marketing automation software.
The Corporate Executive Board – Marketing Leadership Council reviewed our approach and outcomes and developed a case study of how the integration of a social business community with marketing automation and third party content authorities lead to improved marketing outcomes.
